Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-23
By installing or using Soliva you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and plain.
Not medical advice
Soliva offers relaxation, breathing, sleep-sound and focus tools for general wellbeing. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, a lung or heart condition, are pregnant, or feel unwell during an exercise, stop and speak to a qualified professional.
Using the app safely
Do not practise breathing exercises while driving, swimming or doing anything that needs your full attention. Breathing should always feel comfortable; stop if you feel dizzy or uneasy. Keep the volume at a level that is safe for your hearing.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Soliva on your devices. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its content, except as the law allows.
Content and credits
Soliva's original content belongs to us. Some field recordings are CC0 public-domain works by Joseph Sardin (BigSoundBank.com). Other sounds and music are generated by us.
Ads
Soliva is free and is supported by advertising. A short ad may appear after a session ends. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to.
Availability
The core library works offline. Content that loads from the internet depends on your connection and our server. We may add, change or remove content and features at any time, and we provide the app as is, without promises that it will always be available or error free.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Soliva and its makers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
